No real cons, you put in the work and you succeed. Just make sure you’re giving it everything you’ve got if your going to commit

Initial; autonomy, work from home, team trips/incentives, bonuses, flexibility.

Significant time wasted on projects to have sudden priority/processes change . Proper processes/guidelines in handbook are not followed, no checks and balances in the HR department.
