The worst place I've ever worked - Recensione dipendente - Care Support Worker presso NZ Care Disability

No Care Support Workers are respected or valued at this company. No support or justice when putting in complaints over workplace bullying etc. Nothing gets done when you witness a client getting physically or mentally abused. And it happens a lot in this company. No one at the Manawatu branch get fired because they can't keep their staff. You get yelled at if you call in sick and get the 3rd degree. You have no voice. Pay is never correct. Leave forms don't get filed half the time and you end up in an argument with management. And that's just the icing on the cake I've spoken on behalf of many staff before and after me.
