Thanks for the note and advice to establish more processes to grow. I think you mean support processes. We have in fact been growing so fast that some of the support processes have been fraying and need to be fixed. I think I know your settlement case - it was inexcusable but I did some checking and feel it was mostly a one-off. Anyway, we are taking steps to make sure such cases don't recur. All the best for your next job.
