Favourism in everything HR does not listen to you , they say whatever DMs asken him/her to say Employee are just resource which they need need to manage not humen being If someone is doing anything wrong with you and you report it in HR then HR will not respond back and may take months to even do first check up what happened They will try to find your fault first if they can If other person who is very old in company and working for very long time then you are doomed he/she may not be effected any how at most he/she may be moved to some other account or project. Onsites are for who are dear to management no body else skill does not matter , hard work does not matter and experience does not matter

1. No proper onboarding, No training provided on PM tools. No template provided. 2. Managers - Micro management. Personality Issues. This person will be fired from any company. 3. Adding more and more work. Knee jersey reactions. Calling team members to prepare ppt. 4. The SOP prepared by sales team doesn't have any guard rails. 5. The leadership does not have the courage to standup. As we are collateralable damage. 6. This company is toxic. Please do not join. You will be harassed and abused. 7. I wonder why there is no investigation even when I reported it to HR.
