I would request you to write to me directly so I can try to understand what you think the company should do better. There are some other things I would like to debate a little. You note that Nagarro is a good place to learn for young people. That's because we work (on the average) on more technically challenging projects. Consequently, and deliberately, we have more of a focus on engineering. Someone at a manager designation working as a developer or tester - the example you mention - is for me not such a bad thing. Engineering is our bread and butter. Finally, regarding increments, the data you have is incorrect. Nagarro's average salary increments in India were much higher than those by other companies here, at least the ones whose data is publicly available. 2017 was a dramatic year for salaries. Nagarro's strategy includes being a top bracket paymaster for top talent, but of course we are constrained by exchange rates and industry trends. Best regards, Manas
