And in most parts of the world, we pay considerably higher than the average for our industry. We have sophisticated data models that show us that. It is possible that you were in one of the regions where we don't pay as well or somehow your salary was stuck at a certain level for whatever reason. Anyway, all the best for your future.       1. No proper onboarding, No training provided on PM tools. No template provided. 2. Managers - Micro management. Personality Issues. This person will be fired from any company. 3. Adding more and more work. Knee jersey reactions. Calling team members to prepare ppt. 4. The SOP prepared by sales team doesn't have any guard rails. 5. The leadership does not have the courage to standup. As we are collateralable damage. 6. This company is toxic. Please do not join. You will be harassed and abused. 7. I wonder why there is no investigation even when I reported it to HR.
