Let me thank you for taking the time to leave a review here. It is heartening to see that there are more positives than negatives when it comes to your experience working at Nagarro. We do aim to be good employers and so an above average compensation and constantly improving infrastructure are important goals for us. We would love to know more about what you find lacking in our efforts for employee retention. Employee retention is one of the most important aspects of HR for us. We do like to talk about our excellent retention rate and so hearing that we are not doing well in this area is very concerning. I request you to speak to HR or senior management regarding this area. With regards to salary hikes based on what technology you worked on, I can say that it is not by design. There are sometimes hot skills that may get a favorable bias but that should be far and few in between. Once again, I urge you to reach out to HR or management to discuss your concerns. it is important for us to receive specific feedback - it helps us improve as an organization.
