It has good training and the learning is good. Really nice HR. Most people seem to love the company. Good spirits.

Salary is less especially for those from top colleges. It can't retain them. I like the company, and would like to stay but looking at my friends from college making 15lpa on average, makes me want to look for companies with better compensation.

It is our continuous endeavor to improve the experience everyone has with HR - it is really important for us that everyone who works in Nagarro is happy with the environment that they work in. We also believe that an environment of continuous learning is the only way to compete in our industry. And at the end of the day, we do want everyone to have fun. So, you mentioning some of these things in the pros gives me a lot of confidence that we are on the right path. With reference to the salary structure, we usually get benchmarked above the market average. There will always be some companies which pay much more than Nagarro can, but with comparable services companies, you will find that Nagarro is not bad at all. We are all absolutely in it to take Nagarro to great highs and are absolutely driven about it. It is a very exciting time to be in Nagarro. Once again, thanks for taking the time to leave this review.

Good health care for US employees

1. No proper onboarding, No training provided on PM tools. No template provided. 2. Managers - Micro management. Personality Issues. This person will be fired from any company. 3. Adding more and more work. Knee jersey reactions. Calling team members to prepare ppt. 4. The SOP prepared by sales team doesn't have any guard rails. 5. The leadership does not have the courage to standup. As we are collateralable damage. 6. This company is toxic. Please do not join. You will be harassed and abused. 7. I wonder why there is no investigation even when I reported it to HR.
