Thanks for leaving a review here at Glassdoor. We do work hard to have a great culture at Nagarro (one of our core desires is to have fun at work).
You also mention that we are lacking in working towards retention of our colleagues. I want to mention that retention of our people is a top priority and a lot of senior management time does go into it. At the same time, your feedback has to be taken into account. I would like to request that you take the time to reach out to me or other folks in the HR to give specific feedback on what we can do to improve or what you find lacking.
