Thank you for leaving feedback here on Glassdoor for Nagarro. Let me talk about work-life balance. The notion that Nagarro is all about work and no fun is probably unfair (and incorrect). We are anything but that. While in any company in our industry, there will always be periods of high intensity, that is not the norm - specifically in Nagarro. Having said that, there is one thing that I believe in: the quality of your job (or life for that matter) should not be measured monthly or quarterly - it should be measured for longer periods (annually, 2-yearly, etc.). On average, time spent in office in Nagarro is in the 45 hours per week range - which is not intense at all. But, if you feel that for your project, if there is unusually high load, you should try to get more information on why that is so - talk to your project leadership, talk to your resource manager, or talk to HR. You should always understand why there is so much load and till when you are expected to do so. In any case, your feedback does help, and I thank you again for it.
