Thank you for your feedback. Every once in a while we get this feedback about a bias towards older employees. I don't understand it. What is an "older" employee? Someone who has been with us more than 10 years? more than 5 years? more than 2 years? Some of our most senior folks are less than an year in the company. A large number of people have joined us only in the last 18 months. We couldn't have a systematic bias for against newer employees even if we wanted to - it would hamper us from scaling. Also, it is most certainly Nagarro's responsibility to fit you once we have hired you. No one will ask you to pack your bags for those reasons. I look at every case where we are planning to let go of an individual and ensure that it is not because of Nagarro's inability to provide them work. We are certainly always looking to improve the on-boarding process and experience. If you have any experiences or suggestions that can help us do so, I would really like to hear them.
