Interview process: if you are able to write Programs which I believe is moderate type coding Then 60% selection is sure. And then 2-3 rounds of Technical interview happens. Don't be happy if you are selected and joined as you have to get Project now. To get a project, You have to face similar or toughest interview internally in the Nagarro. If you are selected in the project, then also don't be very happy...Client may exit you anytime they feel. So just give your 100% with 100% productivity And forget your other life. To get project- You have to prepare many technical sets , because client wants you to be very expert even if that's not your scope. Project contract: They have small to large tenure projects from 3 months to 1 yr. Leaves:- we get 10 holidays and 3 Flexible holidays.
