10yThanks for taking the time to review us here. We focus a lot on developers, yes, but not to say that we don't focus on everyone else. But yes, historically, for things like training, etc. we have focused a lot more on technical training. But from the beginning of this year, we are more focused on other streams and areas as well.
You are in the business solutions track - and you will see a lot more happening in this track as well. You should reach out to HR or some of the more senior folks in your track to know more.
