You have a great community. There is maybe one or two people out of the many that work here that you wont like. Events used to be common place but are now twice monthly. There used to be free lunch on Wednesdays, since some new management and covid that hasn't been a thing though. However there are drinking fountains that are free to use and refill drinks. (No eco water fountains around though). Time off is very lenient and you can work with you managers 90% of the time. Employee of the month is always a treat to go to, the CEO or COO always cooks something on a grill, be it hotdogs or burgers. Its a treat, literally.

Svantaggi

As much as I've loved it here, there is a ton of rot they've left to fester in heat. Most of the time managers are expected to milk you for all your worth. You worth according to them is $9.50 base pay in production. Which is a true shame, its one single dollar above the Minimum pay in Utah at this time. While here don't expect to move up any or receive promotions while in production. There are exceptions I will address at a later part here. You could work here for years, in one case of a now ex-coworker, 10 years and receive no more than $9.50 an hour. When you ask about a pay raise it is either flat out denied or you are offered overtime. Speaking of over time, despite it being a 9-5 M-F job, be prepared to work weekends. It happens and as of late its no longer a volunteer based thing, its mandatory. Employee of the month is not based on performance. Sure they may say it is, but this is what I've noticed. Those who mingle, are funny, and say yes to everything are the employees elected 70% of the time. Those people are also the ones most likely to be promoted to higher positions. It doesn't matter if their employees can out perform them or know more about the job let alone if you are a woman or person of color. I think they've started hiring more female managers as a response to seeing other people on here talk about this. Dont expect this to mean much, not official but I can bet they aren't paying them properly. Last off, if you think that moving around within the company/learning new processes will get you a pay raise, just drop your hopes. I've learned most every process and still got squat for pay. If you want a simple job with less skill and higher pay, there is a place down the road that pays $17 base for the same shipping job.

Vantaggi

One of the things I love most about is the leadership and their personal support of my daily job. Being able to jump on calls and work through solutions together really is an environment that I am about. The people who work here really make it a 5 star working environment.

Svantaggi

I would say flexibility. For the most part flexibility is great but there are often times that a 2 week notice is required to have your PTO approved. While I know that is standard, it is hard when things arise that PTO is needed in a short notice for personal things and I have not submitted that time enough in advance. As a salary employee this is one of the few cons.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that you feel supported by leadership and enjoy the collaborative, people-first environment here at Namify—it’s something we truly strive for. We also appreciate your feedback regarding PTO flexibility. While advance notice helps us manage team needs, we understand that unexpected situations come up, and we're always looking for ways to balance structure with flexibility. Thank you for sharing your experience and being part of what makes Namify great!

Vantaggi

If you consider learning how to survive an unhealthy environment, then maybe that counts.

Svantaggi

I walked into this place expecting a decent job, but the longer I stayed, the more the managers' attitude dragged everyone down. The whole environment felt disrespectful, with workloads piling up because nothing was organized and no one was fixing the broken processes. It got tiring watching leadership push unrealistic expectations while shrugging off responsibility, almost like accountability never existed. Management makes careless decisions and it's borderline unethical. People were treated as numbers instead of human beings. You could sense subtle discrimination in how pay, schedules, and opportunities were handed out. By the time anyone gets recognition, it's usually because they are already leaving, which tells you everything you need to know. Every day felt like a guessing game because there were no real systems in place. Tasks changed on the fly, priorities got shuffled for no reason, and you'd get blamed for things you were never even told to do. The communication style from leadership was just pure attitude, like they were annoyed you needed clarity in the first place. After a while, you start to realize that the whole setup is built on people burning out and being replaced. Nobody lasts long because the environment wears you down mentally and physically. You end up dragging yourself through long hours, barely supported, while listening to management act like everything falling apart is somehow the employees' fault. It gets old fast.

Thank you for the feedback. We have invested heavily into our training and support for the customer service team. We recognize that we had deficiencies and gaps and have worked hard to close them and create a more structured learning experience and work environment. We wish you the best.
