Toxic, petty, vindictive, micromanagers, who can’t control his emotions, and takes out his anger on his employees. Calls workers cancer. No training, and what training they give, he will tell you, you’re doing it wrong, even when he just told you to do it that way. Treats all employees like they are incompetent. Accuses them of stealing when he doesn’t like them, and pushed out every employee in my time here. No room for moving up and nothing to move up to. Owners are well aware of his toxic behavior and make excuses. A new employee was recently fired on the spot, when he respectfully complained to them.
