There's also room to pick up new skills (SQL, BigQuery, automation) on the job, and leadership encourages it. Compensation is competitive for the role and market, and the benefits are solid. The remote/flexible setup works well. The product itself is interesting — post-purchase logistics is a space with real customers, real revenue, and meaningful problems to solve, not just shiny tech for the sake of it.
