Poor leadership and culture. It starts and ends with the CEO. Company has plateaued but CEO won’t accept it and makes employees think it’s their fault. He runs company as a fear-based dictatorship where no one feels safe about their job, except a small inner circle who manipulate and control to get their way. The work environment is highly toxic. Employees constantly gossip and turn on one another, even those closest to the CEO. CEO has loyalty to no one but himself, and will do whatever means necessary to reach his goals, even if it means doing the unthinkable. Many, many good people have been churned through by him and his leadership team.
