      As a start up, the hours can be long, and honestly should be long. We believe you can’t change the world on a 9 to 5. We don't believe in work life balance, we believe in work life harmony. And as a company, we are on a serious mission to change the world. It is a requirement for everyone to understand that before joining. We pay people well as you have stated and we take care of them. Anyone that leaves nas daily to start a company gets an automatic $10k investment. Benefits, and everything. We just ask that people give this their best. We hope this clarifies things.
