- The brand name is very well known and definitely brings great pride when you see the impact the company has on the global markets and on other iconic brands -Culture is evolving from lots of work/no fun to a family like environment where the top bosses are accessible, warm and receptive (this is the most refreshing aspect of working in this low-ego Fin-Tech environment). People are great! And if someone acts out their behavior is called out by the management. -The CEO and her immediate leadership team is thoughtful and well intentioned.
