Lazy Employees, employees steal from others

Office conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan.

The working atmosphere is horrible. The CEO puts their employees, who are very skilled, under extreme pressure, with goals that are not achievable, only to yell at them over Skype and make them feel extremely disrespected. It didn't only happen to me, it happens to everyone at the Natexo US office. I myself stayed for two months, other people left within 2 weeks. There is a constant turnover due to a lack of real leadership and autocratic management. The company claims that their business is email, but in the US, they don't even deliver to major ISPs/domains. On top of that, they use shady measures to collect their data, where the email record is already collected on the click. If you know a little about email, you know that this is in no way CAN SPAM compliant. I'd like to warn everyone who is considering taking on a position at Natexo to stay away.
