      The good about the job is the hours available.

      They are very bias at the Westhampton, NJ location. They promise you a pay of 24.39 after 90 days but fire you at 87 days or for some ppl before. Instead of getting rid of the bad apples that's been with the company long they get rid of the new ppl who may have conflict with them. The work conditions are horrible. The management team are horrible. Human resources are horrible. Don't ever make any complaints or you would go. They rather get rid of the person rather than fix the problems. If you are a woman I advise you don't apply.

      Stressful situations with customers, and sometimes can be hard to understand what the customer needs.

Our managers are trained and evaluated on managing operations and compliance. We also have several avenues for employees to bring their concerns to management.
