I get daily lattes at our espresso/coffee machine, many fun Slack channels (my favorite is 'DogsofNDSC' where we share updates and pics on our pups) , awesome coworkers. Benefits: Benefits are nice! Good amount of vacation, management is flexible with what you have going on in your personal live, work-life balance is good, retirement vests at 2 years.

The learning curve is steep, but if you work hard and hang in the first few months you will do great. Also, while vacation is good, I wish your vacation bank could roll over year to year.
