Training for employees at regular intervals to boost efficiency (cannot put this on your resume but the skills you obtain are very useful).

Limited/ No career growth. High work pressure. People across departments tend to interfere in your job (Need to be really assertive and firm to get things done). Company growth leading to change in work environment bringing in many cumbersome processes which make simple tasks complicated.
