It is steady, barely above minimum wage work. If you play office politics well, you will do well. If you're a family member of management, you'll get a job. Decent health insurance. I would recommend if people were unemployed and needed a job.

You can be doing well, but once raise time comes around, suddenly you are doing horribly and will be denied a raise. The overtime is exhausting, but it's the only way you can live off of what they pay you. They will say quality is the most important, yet give the raises and prizes to the people who are simply the fastest, even though their quality is in the toilet. Lunches are sometimes provided, but the employees have no say in where it's from, even though it's supposed to be a reward for the employees. High turn over as people find better jobs, or simply can't make the numbers. No room for advancement unless you're friends with current management.
