I'm never afraid to speak my mind, and I love being part of the change and progress. HR does a great job keeping employees engaged and doing a lot of extra things throughout the year to make us feel cared for.

Some people are still resistant to change, even when it is clear it will benefit them and their team. As a result, it is sometimes difficult to make progress quickly enough to keep up with industry demand. It also costs us good resources, who end up going elsewhere to find better opportunities for growth.
