Stressful at times, hard work & a lot is expected from you. Don’t agree with teenagers working there. Needs Adults to run prison properly.

Very relaxed approach and staff are trusted to do their job. Great working relationships when trust is built.

A lot of promotions are decided by friendship groups and internal politics make progress difficult - in terms of getting systems and policies pushed through and attaining career progress.
