With few exceptions, executive team is over their head and doesn't have the knowledge or experience to be in their current positions. Most got their jobs because of being personal friends with current CEO or prior CEO. They all suck up to the CEO and she seems to love that. Vindictive and very political atmosphere. To survive is based on who you are friends with--has nothing to do with your skills. I hope to be out of here soon!
