      Work culture, salary and a matured management. Have lot of concern for employee welfare. Regularly hold interaction with employees to bring in improvement, a continuous process in the organisation. Promotions are time bound.

      Svantaggi

      Employees do not consider HR also a part of the organisation and always criticise HR. Always not possible to post the employees as per their choices. Lot of dead wood has been accumulated.

The company follows set pattern of career growth and this is difficult to isolate outstanding professionals from fair or average contributors. The department change very political.
