Upper management pretends to seek feedback but after you give one they retaliate.always busy to do anything but blame you if something goes wrong.points out how other companies do it wrong but yet have bigger mistakes of their own.if you file complaint HR does not help and you get more in trouble till they work you out by coming up with unfair and unjust write ups!district manager has too much power and unaccountable for bad decisions!
