Sales staff are under a great deal of pressure and often bring the atmosphere from welcoming to tense. Communication between the different departments could improve; trainers are often left wondering what recent changes have been made regarding the programme and whether they are up to date.
The atmosphere at this business is fantastic. Management is efficient, listens to the trainer's concerns and comes back with response in a speedy manner. The work is varied and interesting.
