I love working with the Executives at NDD. I have been privileged to learn so much and develop professionally over the last 5 years from the Partners. The environment is fun, fast paced, upbeat, family orientated and a place you enjoy coming to. The CEO is all around great person. Very personable with every employee and that is rare. The company is consistent with growth and that potential job security is always a plus. I look forward to the next venture year after year with this team.

Since NDD is " somewhat smaller company" the long-term benefits don’t quite match those of a larger organization (i.e. 401K, insurance coverage, heath care programs, vacation/ PTO time) would be considered a Con to some employees.

Very fun environment with Co-workers that you will definitely love. The sales pitch and program details are very easy to learn, and once you're actually on the floor it becomes easier to perfect due to the help and advice of your surrounding coworkers.

Let's see... where do I even begin? The initial training process is a joke. You will be "Trained" by a woman who doesn't even work in sales. You are told to go over and over the script and then left alone "or with other trainees" in a room to listen to recorded calls and read your script. The calls that you listen to are always what we call "Lay Downs" meaning the client has no questions and is eager to sign up. Management is EXTREMELY superficial and talks trash about current and (very recent) employees... If you call in sick, you can be guaranteed that one of the two Sales Asst. Managers will say something nasty about you to a coworker (I only know this because they have come up to me at least 4 times since August and said something about people). The Sales Supervisor (Tracye) is always very understanding and probably the most lovable Sup. I have ever had in my 7 years of working in corporate america. She tells us that if our numbers are low we may want to listen to our calls and talk to her for advice... the advice is always extremely generic and of no real help. Once a month if you are below the TOP producers you will be put back in the training room and forced to listen to a couple of hour plus lay down calls. They tell you things like (and this is an exact quote) "All the time we get people who come in and don't know anything about this buisness, but we tell them to just stick to the script. They go out on the floor with no knowledge and start doing great, closing deals left and right. When they start listening to people around them and learning more they start to get comfortable, and cocky... that's when their numbers start dropping.... so just K.I.S.S (Keep it simple stupid) and don't deviate from the script ever." However this is in direct contrast to not only the "Training" call you just finished listening to but also it differs from the TOP producers calls... this seems to just be a cop out answer as to why they don't really train you, and or teach you about what Debt Reduction really is. They tell you that weekends are optional and so are holidays... but you won't even have to be there for 2 weeks before you realise that that is TOTAL BS. You will get an email EVERY Friday stating the you must be in the office for at least 4 hours over the weekend (you can choose when though) but for a job that uses coercion to have you work 45-50 hours a week (with no base pay or salary) this seems unfair.
