It is a growing industry and NBH is one of the few areas of Nationwide actually growing. There are good people and many people take to heart the mission of NBH and live very healthy lives so if you want to surround yourself with people trying to eat healthier, exercise, reduce their stress, etc. then NBH is a great place for you.

There are multiple campuses to interact with so that adds an element of complexity. It is also a demanding place to work since it's a growing company with too little resources doing a lot of work. I expect that is similar to any growing company as you have to do a lot with a little. The communication and knowledge flow can be difficult primarily because of the acquisitions and multiple campuses. There is not enough communication about how NBH is doing financially to allow the associates to feel really connected with their work and how their efforts contribute to the bottom line.
