Employee last might as well be the motto. Doing that absolute minimum when they can. FSLA protects against unpaid rest breaks under 15 minutes and bathroom breaks. They will make you clock out for both. They will give you an attendance infraction if you call off with a doctor's note. NLRA protects against discussion of wages but I was told not to discuss our wages by my manager. Simply awful. Do yourself a favor and avoid Nationwide. We weren't even allowed to have water at our desks for the longest time, which is an OSHA violation. They don't care about you, your health, or work/life balance. Wages are jokingly low, and they will hold every infraction as a way to not pay you more. Didn't match inflation the 3 years I worked there, and my only infractions were 2 urgent care visits and an emergency tooth extraction.
