The schedule is flexible in the sense that they are able to work around the schedule that your provide them with upon being hired.

Contrary to popular belief the job is HARD and although it's not a con per se, it could certainly be a deterrent if you are looking for an easy slow pace job . Nationwide Inbound answers for a wide variety of companies in all 50 states and Canada so the job requires knowledge, good customer service, a sense of urgency, and a reliability. Those that lack those competencies will have a hard time here.

I was remote, but the ONLY perk is the free refills... and that's only on-site. Some people suck less than others...

...but NO ONE is your friend. You are so micromanaged, it's not even funny. The training makes you think you're good, but it's brutal to tell people you can't help them all day. No amount of training prepares you for that sort of Hell. Not to mention, before the Labor Department got involved, they would look for any and every excuse to not give you a raise. When they have none, they make them up. Maybe it's better now, I left a LONG time ago.
