One of the worst sexist destructive companies to work for, the worst job I've had Equal Ops is a joke, health and safety is laughable training is non existent, wages are pennies above minimum Contracts manager always gossiping and backstabbing in her team about everyone else, Don't bother wasting your time if you are a woman, you will get ignored, not listened to and spoken down to, made to feel as though you are stupid, your opinion counts for nothing, two of the clique of men are very touchly feely to women and 1 makes derogatory comments about women who thinks hes being funny, on complaining nothing gets done and its you being over sensitive because they are all close friends with management out of work you will be tested and micro managed beyond belief, by certain inept management, you will be carrying the so called "men" of the company, The workload doesn't fall in line with pay! There is a really high turnover of staff Lots of "very open" inter office/factory/bed hopping & extra marital relationships going on, the apples don't fall far from the tree They say they are a caring family company but they don't care about you or your mental well being, the don't care about the workload, You are OK if your face fits Everyone seems to be a friend of a friend or have worked with in previous jobs, you don't get chance to progress as mates come first over actual job progression and recognition If you want an unfulfilling dead end job with no prospects, very little pay and an awful working atmosphere then this is the place for you Personally I'd give it a wide berth
