      Horrible, Exploitative Wages Poorly Designed System Literally nobody comes in for your lesson Unreasonable punishment if your rating goes down If a student disconnects your lesson prematurely, you automatically get a bad rating, which immediately gets your rating below the average and results in your contract being terminated

As you are a former teacher, you are probably not informed about the new payment system and that we are constantly improving the platform and the payment rate in order to have more satisfied teachers. Besides the base rate, Native Camp offers many new incentives and competitions so that teachers can earn even more.       Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
