      I’m going to say the same as most of the reviews on here, the people are great, and the projects can be interesting.

      The management are awful, there is a lot of vanity in the higher ups that creates a toxic work environment, miss management and lack of direction leads to juniors working late into the evenings unpaid

      - Projects can feel rushed and lack closure. - Politics can muddle atmosphere, having HQ in London.

      -Interesting projects from wide array of different industries -Young, still developing environment

      -Weak digital design process and execution. -Stifling office atmosphere and structure. -Virtually no project management and planning. -Some of the directors are generally capable but cant say that for the rest of the team. -Most of team left in dark as to strategies and decisions of those made by directors and management in a room upstairs.
