Native has a pretty short org chart, so your voice can actually be heard since you're working closely with leadership.

As mentioned above, Native is always evolving, which makes the company a little scrappier than the larger agencies. This means things aren't always predictable and mechanical, which can obviously be a preferred situation for some. This isn't something that bothers me personally, as I like problem solving on the fly and being more involved in direction, but it is definitely something prospective candidates should be aware of.
