Hard working long term employees are being eliminate without just cause resulting bad moral, creates a lot of insecurities among workers. Long term employees are targeted to go and being replaced by the young and no experienced new workers (may look good on the paper but no skills). Owner of the company boasts about he never laid off anyone which is further from the truth. When employee has an issue or being bullied by the supervisor or management there is no one to talk to. HR department is virtually none existence. Who ever takes their concern to HR they would be the next one to leave the company by force.
