Low Pay and Favouritism - Recensione dipendente - Coordinator presso Natural Factors

This company practices extreme levels of nepotism and religious favouritism. Never seen anything like it - they offer jobs to people that aren't qualified based on who their family is or what church they go to. The pay does not match the revenue this company brings in or the demands they place on their employees. To understand how bad it is just know it's extreme - offering people jobs without an interview, offering jobs that require degrees at minimum to people who haven't even set foot inside a post-secondary institution. Training is also minimal in many aspects.
