Work culture is bad. Staff swear and shout a lot. Managers do this so others copy it, It feels normal there. Big pressure to get orders done even when quality and safety are not good. Corners get cut to hit targets. Bad and unsafe ways of working are allowed No clear structure. No proper systems. Working conditions are poor. Staff wellbeing not important.
