      A management team so focused on their own KPI’s or career progression that they change goalposts, lie re terms and conditions and generally have no consideration to anything other than what they perceive to be, for the good of “the business”, unfortunately it will not be until they lose enough people through trying to cut costs etc that they will not have enough knowledge for “the business” to succeed, or worse they may end up hurting someone by asking them to do a job they are not experienced enough for.

      Natural Power is full of smart, considerate, dedicated and professional people. I enjoyed working with everyone that I met, from management down. The benefits were generally good, if not "big tech company" levels. The culture is very welcoming and open, and I was given a lot of flexibility and autonomy.

      Number of holidays and starting vacation days could be better, but it's not out of line for North American standards. Bonus structure is opaque.
