Breaks federal laws and nothing is done about it Bad hiring practices Managers saying they can make you do whatever they want because its “other duties” Managers don’t have any real skills and are control freaks Managers and staff are highly political resulting in resentment and backstabbing Low pay for my field. Mid-level positions are not up to market rate Duties lie far outside scope if job description and managers lie about it anyway
