Was fired after bringing up safety concerns in a group meeting with one of the owners, was told I ‘wasn’t a good fit’ despite putting in many (forced) overtime hours and never having been written up before. Supervisors will snitch on you in a heartbeat if they feel it will secure their own power. Ownership very much of a ‘the beatings will continue until morale improves’ mindset.
