Fully remote culture. Good benefits. My direct manager was one of the best I ever worked with, but his Managers were about as bad as it gets.

* They tried copying Lendio and other competitors too much * The head over sales revenues for the company hired one of the most arrogant, ignorant and unqualified individuals to be over the sales team and it cratered sales and morale. And if anything was said about it you were basically told to leave if you didn't like or you'd get fired. * They had no clear direction and pivoted way too much. Business Credit or Funding for small business owners? Pick a lane and stick with it. * Have laid off a lot of people on multiple occasions. * Even upon getting let go from the company I invested a lot personal money into their stock program because I have a lot of respect for the current CEO/Co-Founder, but I'm very concerned my heavy financial investment and the many years I worked there will be for nothing.
