Good product in general. Passionate / intelligent employees.

Svantaggi

Poor management at every level from middle management to the CRO. Not interested in investing in employees well being, mental health or success. Product market fit is getting smaller as TA burns through tech companies, with no plan on how to approach anyone besides early adopters. Overwhelming bureaucracy and process. Monthly quotas means you will be cold calling daily, desperate to find someone, anyone to talk to.
