There is a complete lack of transparency. People will be let go and no one dares to talk about why. I do believe there is a loss of direction at the top. Certain things that have been done leaves you scratching your head. It’s pure emotion driving decisions. People get promoted who are undeserving (don’t hit quota, aren’t good people leaders) all because they are buddies with their boss. The nail that sticks out gets hammered down. Fall in line or get out.
