Constant turnover with no communication, especially at the leadership and C suite level Changing targets and goals constantly which means so much time and projects are wasted All employees know these issues exist and do not have loyalty to the company No process or system for promotions and raises. Company spend is all over the place - benefits were severely reduced yet company went all out of leadership and sales trips. No clear marketing leadership or direction
