Can’t recommend Navan enough. The most meritocratic environment I have worked in. If you do well, you will get promoted. The targets are achievable and you are surrounded by driven people. Navan focuses on promoting people internally. Whilst I have been here I have seen a lot of SDRs get promoted to senior and into AE positions. There have also been SDRs promoted into Account Management, Enablement and Management roles. Leadership are committed to your development and they are very accessible. You have all the training and support you need to be successful!
