Some coworkers are great. And the benefits are decent. Pay is good but not worth the hassle.

You are rated by the failings of the company, not your own. Directors don't know travel, or if they do they pretend to not know. They're just people trying to justify their high paychecks. Promotions are not based on merit. You depend on tools that you don't have access to be able to work properly. They barely approve time off. You really have to work hard to get them to approve it. Micromanaging is a pain on top of the already complex work .
